In our meditation sessions together, which are largely inspired by Buddhist wisdom and philosophy, we will learn to sift through and illuminate our minds, as we open our hearts to ourselves and to others. We will examine suffering, happiness and their fundamental causes. We will also explore and develop mindfulness, concentration, loving kindness, compassion and joy.

We explain the techniques in detail as well as giving the understanding, inspiration and joyful attitude we need to have fruitful meditation. These classes are also excellent for people who already practice but would like to go deeper.
