Meditation Meditation allows us to develop a vivid awareness of our experience and helps us to gradually discover our profound nature. Beyond our confused thoughts and emotions our true essence can be discovered, luminous and awake.
In our meditation sessions together, which are largely inspired by Buddhist wisdom and philosophy, we will learn to sift through and illuminate our minds, as we open our hearts to ourselves and to others. We will examine suffering, happiness and their fundamental causes. We will also explore and develop mindfulness, concentration, loving kindness, compassion and joy.
