Danika Michaud, massage therapist and co-owner of ÔM, has been studying yoga since 2006 and completed a teaching certification with Hervé Blondon at Satyam School of Hatha Yoga, in Montreal. She now teaches at Centre Yoga in Aylmer in partnership with her colleague and mentor, Eliot Acuna. Her classes emphasize precision of body alignment which allows students to progress gradually, in a safe and supported way. They are given in a joyful, nurturing and loving ambiance. Her teaching is greatly inspired by Tibetan Buddhist philosophy and the wisdom of her meditation teacher, Dzigar Kongtrul Rinpoche.
